« I needed 1 night to make my early flight out of Ontario, the hotel room was recently renovated. It was super clean, the bed and linens were crisp and so comfortable! I appreciated the new paint, decor and TV. I would stay there again! »

« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Stay! Exceptional Staff, Beautiful Renovated Rooms, and Genuine Hospitality! My experience at the Peppertree Hotel in Ontario has been nothing short of wonderful! « Rooms not clean. They did not change bed sheets. Dog barking all night. We heard next room tv thru the wall. »

« There was used razors left in the shower from previous guest so that just tells me it was never cleaned. The ac knobs were broken. The room felt disgusting with dirty walls. The noise outside all night was absolutely ridiculous. Definitely never staying here again! »

« Excellent! »

« Agréablement surprise de loger dans une très grande chambre avec des lits confortables, grande salle de bain et beaucoup espace pour entreposer les valises pour les 4 personnes que nous étions. Je le recommande vivement. »

« Great stay! Highly recommended! »

« Kitchen counters were dirty in our rooms when we checked in and had not been wiped down. Bathrooms were not well stocked, and didn’t have extra toilet paper or toiletries you typically find at other residence inns. Location is close to the village however the hotel is right next to the freeway and you can hear traffic and cars all night »
