'Nice location, personnel was friendly (I arrived after 11 pm and although the kitchen closes at 10.30pm, they allowed me to order something), nice, big (and very clean) rooms, free internet, excellent breakfast. Two minor points (and those are absolute details): it was dark in the swimming pool (and couldn't find the lights) and there were no cabins to change around so you had to come down in your swimwear... but again, just details. 'Goed pension dicht bij een station waardoor je snel naar het centrum kon. Jammer dat er geen airco was, waardoor het bij 37 graden geen pretje was. In de nacht de ramen open maar desondanks nog warm.'

'Prima hotel voor een schappelijke prijs. Vanaf ons balkon hadden we een prachtig uitzicht op de brug van Vizcaya. De kamer van het hotel was prima maar had misschien iets schoner gekund. De ligging van hotel is leuk. Zowel het metrostation als het treinstation zijn binnen loopafstand (5 a 10 minuten) Met beiden ben je zo in 20 minuten in het centrum van Bilbao. Maar in de wijk rondom het hotel is s'avond ook genoeg te beleven, het is er levendig en gezellig en ook het strand / boulevard is op...

'We had a very lovely welcome from Anna and she told us where to eat etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to explore the area as we were en-route down to the South but the scenary and area looked fantastic as we drove through. The Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. The breakfast was good too.... basic but good.'
