Appartementen in Saint-Paul-de-Vence

'Pros: La posizione Cons: Purtroppo la sera tutto il ristorante era occupato da un matrimonio. Alle 16.00 la nostra camera non era ancora pronta… Peobabilmente era meglio se non avessero accettato la nostra prenotazione se non erano in grado di gestirla. Peccato perché l’hotel è suggestivo e sicuramente in un altra occasioneo avrei apprezzato molto di più.'

'We enjoyed this place so much. We booked the family room and it was very comfortable. The room is well organized and clean, and the interior design is beautiful, stylish and thoughtfully decorated with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and easy to reach through WhatsApp if you have any questions. The location is amazing and the area is quiet, so we had no issues sleeping and there was no noise at night. Would definitely recommend!'

The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

'The unit was very dirty with food crumbs on the kitchen counter and greasy fingerprints on the cupboard doors. The worst part was the sewer gas smell that permeated the unit that started while we were sleeping. It was so bad we had to keep the bathroom door closed and we avoided going in!! And there was only the one bathroom. We told the host of the problem and got no response at all. The redeeming quality of the apartment is the fantastic location.'

'We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

'The location was the best and the host very helpful.'
