Villa's in Saint Mary

'5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had...

'Aesthetically, this villa is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, for the price paid, the experience fell below my expectations. There are several upgrades and repairs clearly needed — and I understand that improvements are in progress.During our stay, we experienced several issues: no hot water in some showers, the pool and jacuzzi required maintenance upon arrival, AC issues in the Puss House, electrical malfunctions in the Dog House, a missing bathroom door handle in the Octopus...

'The property was clean and everything was as advertised. The check-in process was seamless as detailed instructions were provided and the security team was expecting and very welcoming. Video instructions was a welcome touch. Our host was very responsive and we would definitley return if we are in the area. Some attractions offer pick up from the location - another plus.'
