'The worst hotel u can ever find.
1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM.
2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated.
3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking.
4) Money gone as there was no way of refund.
5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay

'NOT A THREE STAR HOTEL (as they advertised) !!!
Average Hotel. Very near to Omni bus stand and Vegetable market.
Service and maintenance is not up to the standard. Price is bit more to the standard and quality. No restaurant within the hotel.'

'
Food is good and a nice pool area.
Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star
accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'Modern hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff.
The communal areas and rooms are beautifully modern, with stylish, comfortable decor.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable.
The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax, with lovely bed linen and a fresh modern feel. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, with comfortable loungers and a fantastic view from the top floor.
Unfortunately, the Soma Lounge was a little...

'Hotel located in Moscow financial centre at the Afimall shopping mall and close to 3 metro station, that allows to easy get the centre of Moscow by metro.
The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks)
Very clean and spacious room with big windows and lots of light coming in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Prices are reasonable here (it still is Moscow after all). There might be more romantic and more luxurious...

'Alles was perfect kwa service, faciliteiten en eten.
Wat ik zelf minder vond is dat ze in het weekend feesten houden in de restaurantjes beneden wat zorgt voor ongelooflijke lawaai tot in de vroege ochtend uren. Ik heb om 2 uur snachts met de receptie gebeld om te vragen wat er aan de hand is en was geïnformeerd dat het snel klaar is en dat het om een feest gaat.
En dan duurde nog zeker een uur voordat het voorbij was.'
