'Mooie villa op loopafstand van strand en bars. Wel heuvel op en af en straat er naar toe beetje verpauperd. Veel zwerfafval o.a. Anabel is zakelijk maar vriendelijk en correct en tevens goed bereikbaar. Inventaris is voldoende echter een nieuw koffiezetapparaat zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Mooi zwembad maar water echt wel koud.!'

'Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. '

'Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in den Bergen und ist absolut ruhig. Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Ort ist mit dem Auto in 4 Minuten zu erreichen, dort sind Bars,Restaurant, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Apotheke.'

'We verbleven met twee in een huisje dat voorzien is voor zes personen. Voor ons was dit dus zeker ruim genoeg. Of het ook echt geschikt is voor zes volwassen personen leek ons wat minder evident. De locatie is wel prima: aan de voet van de zee, prachtig uitzicht, talrijke restaurants dichtbij, maar toch rustig gelegen. Ideale uitvalsbasis om het heerlijke noordwesten van Mallorca te verkennen. Auto is daarbij wel aangeraden'

'L’appartement est propre, silencieux, lumineux, relativement bien équipé. L’entrée est autonome via une boîte à clés. Situé à 20mns à pieds du centre ville et à 10mns à pieds de l’arrêt de bus qui vient de l’aéroport. En revanche, la salle de bain est vraiment petite. Nous étions 5, compliqué avec une seule et si petite salle de bain. La pièce principale est également petite. Le jacuzzi était sale (l’eau + la structure), nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. Le quartier n’est pas particulièrement...

'Maison de ville atypique et joliment meublée à l'ancienne, fraîche, avec une petite terrasse arborée. Tout proche de la place centrale du village, piétonne et avec terrasses. Nicole, notre hôte, a été à notre écoute et prévenante. Un détail mineur : pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner, la cuisine est peu fonctionnelle. Je recommande !'

'Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. '

'The property was in a beautiful location and was charming itself. Unfortunately for us the listing did not indicate that the property has no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot the first two nights we were there (92 degrees). There were thermostats in the property which don't function or if they do, we were not told how to operate these. In addition the shower was not heated, and we had 4 towels to last us the whole week, which was a little frustrating particularly since no fresh towels...

'Alles in allem in Ordnung. Jedoch sollten die Mängel beseitigt werden da sie wohl schon länger vorhanden sind. Zwei Terassenstühle defekt und nur 7 statt 8 vorhanden. In zwei Bädern stinkt es zeitweise aus der Dusche. Beim inneren Esstisch fehlen Stühle. Nur 1 großes Handtuch pro Person und 11 Tage. Nur ein kleines Handtuch für zwei Personen und 11 Tage. Pool ist super, Küche gut ausgestattet.'

'Haus ist schön groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist auch von der Größe her super und top gepflegt. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und der Kontakt mit Luis war sehr nett gewesen.Der Ort bietet auch einiges (Supermarkt,Apotheke,Restaurants…) Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.'

"Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!"
