She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! 'The hotel is functioning as some sort of housing for what appeared to be unhoused people. That in and of itself is not the issue (although it would have been nice to know). The parking lot, lobby, hallways, and elevator were dirty. Cigarette butts littered the parking lot, and were even in the hallway. The uncarpeted floors in the hallway and elevators were sticky and un-mopped throughout our four night stay. There is an odor of marajuana'
