'My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. '

'The property was clean and food was good, but the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8am sharp asking if they could clean, they also had construction going on inside the building (loud, cutting and drilling in to metal.) would have been nice to know when we talked to the front desk before booking.'

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'The hotel was very nice, but our room was not ready. We didn’t have trash bags in any of our trash cans, and our toilet did not work at all. Was clogged the whole time. No one came to fix it. We always seem to get put by the elevator, could hear that all night along with the fridge noise and very loud neighbors all thru the early morning hours. I did not get a bit of sleep. Staff was very friendly. '

'This is a historic property with some iconic features. However, the staff at the beginning were not as knowledgeable about the parking situation and it was a bit inconvenient. I have stayed at the Waldorf Astoria to compare, perhaps '

'Welcomes pets but toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and the room had a light odor that was not pleasant. The refrigerator in the room did not work so my beverages never got cold. However, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and professional. Also, parking was horrible and far and to top it off I had to pay $44 per day for SELF PARKING. I will not be staying here again.'

'We had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this hotel. During our stay, items were taken from our room by the cleaning person, and it was clear that she also had gone through our personal belongings. This is not just unacceptable—it’s a serious violation of trust and basic safety. When we reported it, the manager, Sheila, initially appeared sympathetic and assured us she would make it right, including refunding one night to compensate for the situation and the missing...
