'The room was huge and beds were comfy. Breakfast was okay variety. But my kiddos were very excited for swimming on our trip and the pool was disgusting. The entire pool room smelled like a musty dog, the water was green and cloudy. & the hot tub was closed... My older boys swam and I washed their stuff at the hotel after. Glad we were only there one night.'

'We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on...

'I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. 'First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. Cleaning staff needs to put effort to making sure hair from prior quest are cleared from bathroom. Now to pool area gross water didn't feel clean at all windows wide opened. Hottub...

'The checking was kind of challenging because of the roundabouts around the hotel it's easy to miss where you pull in and have to go all the way back around I thought the hotel had parking but it turns out they share a space what they health officer something so you have to pay an additional $15 to park and then you have to get some type of ticket anytime you take your car in and out the garage it was a problem with my TV I could not get it to turn on to the channels there was no signal I called...
