'Staff was very friendly and willing to work with you. I had a booking issue where I thought I booked a king suite but was given a king standard. The person on duty when we checked in was able to get us into a king suite very quickly. She was very pleasant to work with. I felt every employee I encountered at the hotel was professional and friendly.'

'this was the 3rd time we stayed here. Has a really good steak house right acrossed the street, sports bar right next door. Food and gas stations near by. A really weird figure "8" street getting to it, but everywhere weird streets, round abouts, etc. are popping up all over the country. parking is right there, staff is very helpful . Logan checked us in, and texted me a few time to be sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Hot breakfast oatmeal, make your own...

'We requested a handicapped accessible room, however, the bathroom was not what we expected. Instead of a walk-in shower, there was a tub with multiple grab bars and a shower seat that could be used to slide over the tub. The toilet seat was loose and I was not able to tighten it. The hallway carpet was dirty. The floor of the elevator was missing tile, dirty floor, and had an odor in it. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel and also to wait to shower once we got home later that...

'Room was clean and had a bunch of household items. Lots of parking and close proximity to the airport'

'This place is so disgustingly unclean and unkept. Its actually surprising they are in Business. Not only was the room so disgusting that is was unable to be slept in but when the staff was confronted about the state of the room, they were rude and denied it. Of course, we tried to get our money back and stay somewhere else but according to policy we would not recieve a refund or even a "I'm sorry". Still, had to lose that noney and go get a different hotel. Sketchy people all over the parking...

'Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control.'

Expedia and others need to list that the late night check in procedures are different than regular hours, and that customers SHOULD CALL AHEAD if they plan to check in late.'
