Credit card machine not working, so had to pay in cash, but he gave us a small discount for the trouble. No lamps bedside—only light was a very bright light above the bed, which caused a glare on the TV. No Kleenex. »

« It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

« This place seemed clean. It is very basic. We assumed with the kitchen there would be atleast some kitchen dishes, etc. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! They do not even include hand towels. The bed is a terrible metal frame which squeaks and is pathetic. The area is noisy with traffic etc. not worth what they are charging. »
