'Perfect....'

'The photos in the listing are accurate. Know that the canal width is not as wide as the pix make it look, but it is still pleasant to have it there and see boaters go by in the morning. We stayed from a Sunday through Friday so it was beautifully quiet. Plenty of towels and kitchen fully equipped!! Enjoyed coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening on the dock. Lindsay was always timely in her responses. Houses close together - you get to meet others traveling if you engage. Otherwise,...

'We stayed in cottage #1 on the water. It was perfect for 4 friends. Plenty of room, nice outdoor seating, beautifully lit up outside. There was a large fire pit. We were next door to the Ferry. A fun free ride to Bemus Point. We didn’t have a boat but we enjoyed the dock. A short walk to a lovely ice cream shop, a convenience store,a produce stand, & a walking trail.'

'Loved staying in this rental. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and very updated! Rachel was excellent to communicate with and very helpful. Location is great- lakefront and right by the Chautauqua ferry! Had a wonderful weekend with family and would love to come back again. Would highly recommend to anyone considering renting! '

'Charming cottage with beautiful lake views. The owner was friendly and extremely accommodating. She made us feel VERY welcome! The space worked well for us, but just a note for families with small children who will be sleeping in the bunk room: the privacy screen does block off the area but it opens right into the living room, so won't do much for noise/light. Overall, we are very appreciative of your gracious hospitality! Thank you!'

'The accommodations were lovely. Quiet, peaceful. Really enjoyed the fire pit as we did not even use the grill. Cooked over a nice wood fire. The only I wouldn’t even call it an issue was that being in our 60s we had a hard time figuring out how to work the microwave and stove settings. A little quick guide would have been helpful. We managed though. Had a lovely stay. Our dog really enjoyed it too! Chocolate lab !'
