Aparthotels in Ruanda

'I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. 'I dealt with very obstructive and inhospitable behaviour from the host. Not something I have ever experienced in Kigali which is one of my favourite cities to visit. I was ushered to checkout of the hotel at 1:30am due to logistical issues the hotel has with Expedia. They said they had no relationship with Expedia and could not receive the monies I had already paid. They tried then to make me pay twice rather than discuss with Expedia, who have their hotel on their platform. It was an awful...
