Villa's in Royal Leamington Spa

'Keurige accommodatie dicht bij stadscentrum '

'De eigenaresse is de uitvindster van gastvrijheid. Daarnaast heel nette en schone kamers!'

'alles is ok geen speciale opmerkingen goede ligging voor mijn trip'

'Great hotel and friendly staff. Note for the check in: you cannot self check in as Expedia does not provide a QR code or the other necessary information'

'Very friendly and nice staff. We booked a normal room but got a big two floor apartment instead. Comfy and lots of space. The location was excellent!'

'The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was close to the Parade. We enjoyed our stay very much.'

'Fair for the price in my opinion. The carpets and curtains have seen better days, but everything was properly clean, ignoring permanent stains/damage to the carpet etc. The walls are thin so you're at the mercy of your neighbours when it comes to noise. The included breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly.'

'Great location, lovely apartment. Easy communication with the host. Fantastic stay! Thanks!'

'Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE'

'Nice property, great location, spotlessly clean, well kitted out. Very friendly owner very flexible with meeting up and very welcoming. Only downside is the main bed is a sofa bed, very bouncy, and not very comfortable, so not a great night's sleep, but we are middle aged with dodgy backs'

'The booking, check in and communication couldnt have been better, and the hosts sorted an electronic parking permit which was a welcomed touch. The apartment itself was well appointed and in a great central location, just what we were after. Would recommend and stay again.'

'Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. '
