'The staff were very nice on check in and check out. The waiter looking after breakfast could have been a bit more attentive as the orange and apple juices ran out and there was no butter or plates by the toaster. But everything was tasty when it arrived nice and fresh. '

'I can't really recommend Room 20. Squeaky stairs next to the room wakes you up every time someone passes. The shower is either very hot or boiling..it was impossible to adjust and not possible to reach anyone to ask how to adjust if possible at all.'

'Lovely pub/restaurant, very homely, well decorated, tidy, clean. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Bit short staffed but those that worked out in extra effort so the level of service was still good. '

'What a lovely find! The Shakespeare Suite is fantastic. We had Sunday lunch and would definitely recommend it. I’m gluten free and they catered for me no problems. The staff were lovely and friendly, chatted to us, were attentive and nothing was too much for them! Breakfast the next morning was great. Good choice and freshly cooked to order. '

'Perfect Hotel in een rustig klein dorpje op circa 10 km van Stratford-upon-Avon, de geboorteplaats van William Shakespeare. Op doorreis vanuit Schotland, nacht in ruime familie kamer overnacht voorzien van grote badkamer met apart bad en zeer ruime douche. Hotel kamers zijn verbonden aan lokale pub met restaurant. Je kan hier na een lange reis genieten van een goedkope simpele maaltijd. Vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel. Ruime parkeergelegenheid, Wi-Fi aanwezig. Ontvangst GSM slecht. Als je wil...

'Charged for drinks we did not have (my fault for not checking the itemised bill - easily rectified), large cobwebs in the bathroom and shower tray desperately needs resealing to avoid further water damage. Room 7'
