« I loved the cottage -- very simple, relaxing, in a remote waterfront location. To me: a cottage. To my partner: a shack...but very nice shack. The fireplace threw out enough heat to keep us cozy in the mornings and evenings (late Sept visit). « We very much enjoyed this well-located and appointed cottage and appreciated the responsiveness of the owner to a request for grilling materials and the Guest Contact for her responsiveness. Two minor concerns: a stove with oven would have expanded our food prep options, and finding the address on GPS was impossible - only after calling her did Contact email a special map to show us how to get to the cottage. »

« Very comfortable, clean small cottage. We slept great in the bed that was provided and it had a futon in the living area . We recommend that only 2 people stay there. They had a toaster oven , a full refrigerator and a coffee maker. It is very close to Route 1, Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta. »
