Motels in Round Island

'The hotel was well located and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff very helpful. The continental breakfast was very skimpy, cereal and muffins. Otherwise, it is a good hotel to stay at because you can receive a free shuttle to the boats that take you to Mackanac Island.'

'Right on the Staits of Macinac. Beautiful view of Mighty Mac. Clean, heated outdoor pool. Rooms are smaller due to age of motel but had what we needed. No frills. Shuttle service to ferry. Helpful, friendly staff.'

'I cannot say enough about this wonderful property! I don’t usually stay at a “motel” but made an exception and I am so glad we did! A young couple bought this property and are renovating it beautifully! Many thoughtful touches have been added including a fire pit with all the s’mores fixings! 'Dingy, dirty, hot. room smelt like a mix of sweat and chlorine. Given a room right above the water park. Very outdated. No breakfast provided even though booking said breakfast. Waterpark is grimey. outdoor pool aging and murky water. Said beach access right across the street but its not. Location is convenient in the main downtown area. Overall not worth the money and lots of false advertising. Not even remotely close to the experience I thought we had booked'

'The hotel over all is nice. It does need some updates and more additional things in the rooms. Loved fact close to beach and the ferries for the island. Breakfast option isnt a full breakfast (muffins and coffee). Bed slept great ,rooms were spacious. Having a balcony view to the lake was nice.'
