Agriturismos in Round Island

'Our stay was ok. It’s pretty basic nothing special and is definitely overpriced at $200/night. It’s dated, the beds aren’t very comfortable, slow draining sink and bad shower heads with little pressure. The breakfast wasn’t very good and having the attendant stand and watch you the entire time is irritating as if we were going to eat more breakfast than is permitted? I’d try a different hotel next trip.'

'Staff were great. The room was clean. The only issue was the heating unit. It was to noisy. Kept us awake most of the night.'

'hotel needs a total make over. It is old, worn out, beds smell, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, everyting was sticky and filthy'

'De entree was goed. De vloer van de kamer was extreem vies. De badkamer zwaar verouderd met kapotte kraan en geen afzuiging. Het ontbijt was met plastic bordjes en bestek. Het slechtste hotel tijdens ons hele verblijf in Canada. Niet Wyndham waardig '

'The staff at this motel is great and very friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good and get what you pay for. I highly recommend this motel anytime I go to North Sydney. This is where I will be staying.'

'Voor ons was het maar 1 nacht. Kamer was proper '

'The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. It does not help the atmosphere but they only start around 8 am so it did not bother us much. At first we were put in an old room that had not been renovated yet. This room really did not meet the standards for the amount of money they ask for it. Wallpaper letting go of the walls, airconditioning that would not turn off, dirty carpets. After we requested a room change we spend a second night in a renovated room that was great. (Our sleep not so...

'This was one of our favourite stays while visiting Nova Scotia/Cape Breton. The hotel was kept very clean and cozy and we loved that there was a tea/coffee room at the end of every hallway on each floor. Our room was quaint and beautifully vintage and there was unique art hung across all the walls. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney. Loved that it was so centrally located as well! We were able to walk to and from the...

'Everything went very well, except for the water pressure, which was quite poor. Also, the water felt slippery on our skin, which was uncomfortable.'

'Very comfortable beds , huge living space , large 75” tv . Like the first floor access . Small things like available slippers in multiple sizes to wear inside'

'La piscine c'est vraiment génial. Le site est merveilleux. Les batiments manque d'entretien à l'extérieur. Un voageur précédent à remisé un poêlon salle dans l'armoire.'

'The owners were great and very responsive. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything. It was very clean.'

'Lovely, comfortable home in Sydney River. We stayed with our three teenage kids for three nights while visiting family at various locations on Cape Breton. Convenient location, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We would stay here again!'

'Our group of 4 couples loved the accommodations. Exactly as described. Very comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.'

'We did not have high expectations, however it was very similiar to staying in student housing. We had to clean many dishes before we used them. It is a run down house. The queen beds were comfortable. Burn Mark on the sheets.!The shower was clean. Overall we were not comfortable in the environment and wanted to leave as quickly as possible.'
