Cottages in Roseland

'Our stay was fantastic! Great location for wineries and hiking. Perfect for a couples getaway for privacy and quaintness. Will definitely consider booking again if we ever come back to the area!! '

'They were great ! Hairdryer wasn’t working and they replaced it immediately. Cabin was cute and beautifully maintained.'

'Nicely kept and great pastoral location. Would recommend adding a few more kitchen supplies to make cooking a little easier. Really did not enjoy a corner camera and alarm at parking area that would go off everytime you walked by. I've never experienced that at a short term rental. Overall pretty good stay though'

'For our first visit to the Natural Bridge State Park area, we chose to stay at a Vrbo property nearby in the Lexington , VA area. The Rustic Bayberry property nailed it on every category. We had great communications from the property owner & truly enjoyed our time there. Due to 100 feel like temps on the July 4th weekend, we found ourselves at the property most afternoons relaxing as the property’s cooling system was a welcomed item during the heat. 'Very friendly and had great small little touches that made it an enjoyable experience. Appreciated them having a toaster and a nice refrigerator. The views are fantastic. Next time I hope to use the sauna.'

'Good location, very spacious for 4 guests. Excellent choice of LVP flooring instead of carpeting as there was significant rainfall both days of the visit that would have suffered wet shoes on departures and arrivals at the house.'

'We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cottage! Heather responded quickly to messages. I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and I’m not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. I understand it’s in the middle of the woods but the amount of living and dead stink bugs was astonishing!! Not sure if pest control could help that out since one fell on me on the couch oh and...

'Had a great time! Great place to enjoy the mountains!'

'Nice quiet location just off the main road. Front bedroom door did not close, knob to control water in the shower fell off while turning but was able to put it back on. Otherwise everything was great!'

'Gorgeous, secluded location. Great place for some R&R. Close to Crozet and Charlottsville but also quiet and definitely off the beaten path. Cottage interior accommodations like new and cozy. Communication with host was quick and effective. Would stay again for future visits to VA! Thank you for a great stay!'

'Wonderful spot for a weekend in Charlottesville. House was perfect —very quiet with a lovely view.'
