Resort à Roosevelt Roads

« Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

« Don’t really have beach view but we do have a huge balcony to sit and chill. The room is very clean and neat, and the AC works perfectly. Although the room is right behind the restaurant, there’s no bad smell in the room and it’s not noisy at night, as the restaurant closes at 9 or 10. So far the nicest small room to stay in. »

« The room was fine. It was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a gross sour smell and ants. The a/c worked well. Two beds had cheap spring mattresses; one had memory foam. The restaurant has mediocre food at inflated prices. The waitress got agitated when we tried to apply a custom tip. She wanted us to pick one of the preset tips set at 14% and higher. A different employee (maybe a manager) was very rude and aggressive. Constantly raising her voice at employees and patrons. »
