You can reach the historic center—Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, the Colosseum, and the Pantheon—via Metro Line An at the Lepanto or Ottaviano stops, or by taking a pleasant stroll: Via Condotti.
Our neighborhood is famous and full of character, offering Roman shopping, traditional restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, and all kinds of amenities that will make your stay unforgettable.
The apartment is new, tastefully renovated, and equipped with every comfort to make you feel right at home.
It is a 48-square-meter one-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is located on the second floor without an elevator (yes, it’s true—there are a few steps to climb, but once you step inside, you’ll be fully rewarded by a delightful and elegant apartment) that overlooks the building’s courtyard, making it very quiet.
It features a living area with a flat-screen TV, Netflix, Tim Vision, Disney, Wi-Fi 6, and a very comfortable French-style sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare any kind of meal.
The large bathroom features a double shower and is equipped with a washing machine, a clothesline, a hair dryer, and a welcome kit.
The bedroom features a double bed, a desk, and a spacious closet where you’ll find an iron and ironing board.
Blackout curtains, bed linens, and bath towels are included.
The apartment has double-paned windows, mosquito screens, and a state-of-the-art heating and cooling air conditioning system.
All systems are electric; gas has been eliminated for greater safety, so gas detectors are not required.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided for children up to three years old.
For your safety, a first-aid kit is provided in case you need it.

Guest Access
Guests will have their own set of keys to the apartment and are responsible for them.
The entrance is shared with another apartment and is equipped with a security camera for your safety.
Each apartment is completely independent with its own security door.

Other things to keep in mind
We want our guests to feel at home with the utmost comfort, so we ask for the utmost respect for the home and the neighborhood.
Smoking is prohibited in the house and in the building.
Your hosts, Mary and Giancarlo, will welcome you personally: please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival so we can best arrange your check-in.
For longer stays, housekeeping is required at least once a week, including a change of sheets and towels.
Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.
Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Late check-in: after 7:00 PM until midnight, an additional €30.00
Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid ID for registration, as required by Italian law.
