This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed out in a major city like Rome! The apartment was spacious for our family of 6, very clean and well stocked with all amenities. It was in a convenient location near the metro and within walking distance to the Vatican City and also close to great shopping and restaurants. Our host, Loredana was amazing! She was quick to respond to all of our questions, provided suggestions on places to visit and restaurants for dinner. When we needed some extra towels, she was there the next morning! Loredana, went above and beyond to make our stay in Rome for Christmas extra special.

Excellent location, perfect for our trip (close to the metro station). Loredana was incredibly gracious and helpful, she has a helpful binder that gave us great recommendations for where to eat/go. I would recommend getting a haircut and a shave at the Barber shop across the street (Barbiere Francesco) - worth it. Spacious rooms gave our family plenty of room to spread out and relax. They even provided a few extra converter plugs for the outlets. Netflix was a nice bonus! Highly recommend.

Our great location, the host met us there and was incredibly accommodating.We had everything we needed. It's definitely less touristy, then other areas which we wanted, but lots of good restaurants close. We ate supper there every night within 5 minutes and a grocery store. Is about three minutes away as well.

Lory was absolutely wonderful from the moment we booked the condo til the day we left. She was so incredibly helpful and made herself readily available for any questions and it concerns that might come up. The condo is in walking distance to the metro that made getting around very convenient/easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to book a visit to Rome who want a clean, safe, place to stay with easy access to most places.

Clean 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment near Vatican City

We enjoyed staying here for our first couple of days in Italy. The apartment was clean with essential amenities provided including shampoo and bar soap. There are two flights of stairs with no elevator to the room.This was no problem for us but important to know for others. Location was quiet. Further away from several tourist sites but easy to walk and buses are available although at times we experienced longer waits to catch the bus. Lordena was very helpful and easy to connect with.

We stayed for two nights with Loredana, she was helpful from the start and accommodating to help our needs. The house was wonderful and cool which we appreciated in 99 degree heat. It was close to the metro and so convenient! Would highly recommend the area, home, and Loredana. All were wonderful!

The space worked well for our family. Very clean. The location worked well for us and was less crowded than the central city. Air conditioning was great. Wish we didn’t need to empty the garbage and clean the kitchen at the end of the stay. Also, the host was responsive.

We were in Rome for 3 nights and had a fabulous stay in the beautiful apartment. Extremely clean and very spacious which had everything we needed. A 15 to 20 minute minute walk to the Vatican, plenty of restaurants and shops close by, the Metro Lepanto stop is literally a minute walk away which is ideal. You can catch a bus right outside to the centre and from there stop for a coffee and visit the sights. Loredana was lovely and was more than accommodating so would highly recommend anyone to stay in this lovely apartment

Excellent property!

This is beautiful apartment with a great location. Short walk within 15-20 minutes of St. Peter’s Basilica. Got to see major attractions by foot. Great shopping location as well. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space for families. Host is gracious and has great attention to detail to make others feel welcome. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Place

This is a perfect location with a great host. The photos honestly don’t do the property justice. It’s huge and comfortable with comfortable beds. Lovely decorations. Wonderful host who bought chocolates just for our kids. Can’t wait to stay again soon!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft, die der Beschreibung voll entsprach. Alle Räume waren sauber und machten einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Einweisung durch Loredana war sehr freundlich und vorbildlich und auch die weitere Kommunikation verlief perfekt.Wir haben schon viele Unterkünften gebucht und diese gehört, wie auch die Vermieterin Loredana, sicherlich zu den Besten.

Wonderful Apartment in Prime Location

We had the most wonderful, and comfortable, stay in this apartment. The individual AC units in the bedrooms make them especially comfortable during unexpectedly warm fall weather. Loredana gave us tips on how to get around Rome, and steered us toward good dining and walking routes. We booked a private chef to come in and cook a special dinner for us and he was able to make a wonderful meal with the equipment in the kitchen. Would love to return!

The only issue that I missed when booking was that there was no elevator. The 2nd floor in Europe is really about 4 rises of stairs. No big deal except for hauling luggage up. We managed even though ages 68-72. Beautifully equipped apartment.

Nous avons louer cette appartement pour notre séjour a Rome en famille ( 4 personnes). La Propriétaire Lorédana et très agréable et fait tout pour que votre séjour ce passe bien. Elle vous donne des tas conseils pour les restaurants et les visites sur Rome. L'appartement est très propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. nous avons fait une grande partie de nos visites a pied le Vatican est a dix minutes. les transports en commun sont au pied de l'immeuble.si vous voulez rejoindre le colisée a pied il faut compter environ 30 minutes.
