It is on the first floor without an elevator. It is very calm and quiet, a perfect refuge in the center of Rome, just a few minutes from the Colosseum.

It is a few minutes from the Manzoni and Vittorio Emmanuelle metro stations (Line A), it is close to the Termini central station and the tram.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, one of them has direct access to the bathroom.

The living room has a sofa that can be used as a single bed (Please, you should requested it in advance).

The apartment has the access through the interior patio of the building, in the first floor without elevator.

It is also located near "Piazza Vittorio Emmanuelle", and is perfectly connected to the tram (Via Labicana), or to the Manzoni and Vittorio Emmanuelle metro stations (Line A) that will connect you directly to the Spanish Steps in "Piazza di Spagna", the Vatican, "Piaza del Popolo" (Flaminio), Termini Station, etc….

It is an elegant and lively area with a good combination of trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes with other places perfect for eating every day. You will also easily find the supermarkets and shops you need. The proximity of the Brancaccio Theater can encourage you to see a show.
