The apartment is located within the renowned Palazzo Altieri, the historic residence of the Roman Altieri family and of Pope Clement X. The main building, designed by Giovanni Antonio Dè Rossi, was later expanded in the late 17th century, and today Palazzo Altieri is considered a model of Roman Baroque architecture and artistic taste. Renovated in the late 18th century, it became an important center for Roman and international Neoclassicism.
We are located in the heart of Rome, in the Campo Marzio area, just a short walk from the archaeological site of Largo di Torre Argentina, a place renowned for having served as the backdrop to the assassination of Emperor Julius Caesar. The Pantheon and Piazza Venezia are a 5-minute walk away, while Piazza Navona is less than 10 minutes away.
