This beautiful 110 sqm completely new and renovated apartment is located a few meters from the VATICAN MUSEUMS and from PIAZZA SAN PIETRO, very close to all the monuments of the eternal city. It can accommodate up to 11 people with maximum comfort, the location is very central, on the edge of the ZTL area (limited traffic zone), so with free access by car, which on request, you can easily park under the apartment, in the parking lot guarded for a fee.
Located on the second floor in a condominium with elevator. It is composed of a large living room with a kitchen corner that opens into the living room, with an extendable dining table for up to 10 people, a double sofa bed, LED TV in all rooms, and air conditioning. The three double bedrooms are also equipped with LED TV with direct internet connection to watch Streaming channels, and independent air conditioning, there are three bathrooms with shower fully equipped with hairdryer and soaps. The kitchen area consists of a fridge, a gas machine with oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster, fully equipped with pots and dishes.
All areas of the apartment are open to guests.

During the period of stay, we will not be physically present, but from check-in, and for the entire stay our guests can contact us by phone, because we will always be available to them at any time to provide all the necessary information, we will ensure that that we never lack our support and service, to let him peacefully spend a stay in complete privacy and relaxation.

The apartment is very close to the VATICAN MUSEUMS, from the balcony of the house it is possible to admire the dome of San Pietro, all the services are a stone's throw from the apartment, during the check-in we will provide all the necessary information and explain to the guests how to reach the most important sites.

Commercial district, equipped with all services: Public transport, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, newsagents, banks. As for catering, I recommend a very nice restaurant, called SECONDO TRADIZIONE, a few meters away which cooks meat and typical Italian dishes in an excellent way. Not far away is the IDI dermatological institute, the San hospital. Carlo di Nancy, and the Ergife Congress Center.

As for transport, if the Guest arrives from Fiumicino Airport, and must arrive by us without a car, he can take the train (Air-terminal), which brings him to the central "Termini Station", from there he takes the METRO-A direction Mattia Battistini, and then get off at the CIPRO stop, which takes him directly under the house. Alternatively, and it is the solution preferred by most of our guests, it is our PICK UP service, we organize the collection of our guests who arrive on the day of CHECK IN and leave on the day of CKECK OUT to and from the AIRPORT, TERMINI STATION or even CIVITAVECCHIA where cruise ships arrive and depart.

The proximity to the historic center allows our guests to leave the apartment on foot and organize their tour of visits to the monuments, because they are already in the center.
