Comfortable and bright 75sqm apartment, equipped with air conditioning. It can accommodate up to four people and is composed as follows: an entrance which leads to the sleeping and living areas; the first consisting of a large double bedroom, a smaller bedroom for one or two people, a bathroom with shower; The second consists of an open space with kitchenette and dining area, plus living room with sofa. It is possible to add a bed in the master bedroom. Both the master bedroom and the open space have a balcony.

Located in a quiet area and in a strategic position, between the Lido Centro and Lido Nord stations of the Rome-Lido section (see map), reachable within 5 minutes on foot, for quick and easy connections to the center of Rome and to the main railway stations. The bus to Fiumicino airport stops near the house.

Bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and basic necessities near the house, while the large shopping area of Via delle Baleniere is 400m away.
The promenade is only 1200m away and can be easily reached with a 15 minute walk.

Be respectful of neighbors and avoid disturbing noises, especially at night.

The cleaning of dishes and kitchen materials must be carried out by the customer, otherwise a sum of Eu will be charged. 50.
