'Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Walking distance to gondola ski lift. Restaurant of the hotel has lots of choice and is open late. Room was spacious with a good shower and good wifi connection. Overall look is a bit old fashioned but don't have a problem with that. I haven't seen a lift in the hotel so if you stay on the 3th floor ... If we would go back to Bansko we 'll stay again in Kap House ! '

'It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). ' We stayed in a nice, spacious and clean apartment. Our stay was almost flawless, untill we asked if a late check out was possible. The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way.
