'The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. '

'Everything was great except we did not get enough towels. We only received two bath and one hand towel, no washcloths. Other than that it was a nice, clean space. '

'The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. It’s not fancy but it is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is across the street from the beach and can easily walk to restaurants, etc. Also, communication with host is easy thru text. Checkin instructions were emailed with the code and the checkout instructions were simple. Highly recommend. '

Extremely well stocked, with more than you would expect, plus items you may have overlooked when packing for your trip. Excellent and prompt communication with James.
