Cottages in Rock Island Arsenal

'Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean with ample space and available towels. Nice shower combo Morning breakfast was good but lacked someone to refill things that were low like biscuits and gravy was nearly gone we ate around 7am.breakfast area seating was comfortable and well laid out. TV was not playing when we ate or the fireplace was not on which would have made it a pleasure to sit close by.'

'The room floor, bathroom and surfaces were filthy. Especially the bathtub. The room also has a musty smell like the AC filter was never changed.'

'Staff didn’t seem interested in anything when checking in or out. On check out, the guy sitting there just sat in his chair and said “OK”. The parking situation is awful when it clearly could be covered!!!'

'The rooms were clean but a weird odor inside the rooms. Only 1 ice machine others were out of order. Spa jets were not working.'

'Nice and accommodating our needs for an accessible room. Pool was bigger than most, but could use walk-in steps for kids and elderly. The breakfast was very limited; pancake machine was not working; no yogurt; no juice; no protein; no muffins left by 8:00am.'
