'If you are like me a comfortable bed is a must our beds were very hard. And the noise from Hwy 74 and middle rd were not good either. Stayed 2 nights and the noise was loud each night. The upright chair in the room was the most comfortable the other chair was a little hard to sit in. 'That shower design in 310 is bonkers. And the foldout sofa was an obstacle in what was clearly a room designed for less space to be taken up at the entrance. The lobby and reception areas were grossly understaffed, and every encounter was clunky. Sundries under-stocked, other guests’ reservations neglected, towels and washcloths under-stocked, and replacements were more bother than they should have been.
