'DONT BOOK IF YOU HAVE KIDS! This place would not refund me. I did not realize kids could not access the property even with the pool, restaurants, buffet or rooms. I did not see a 21 and up policy on Expedia. I didn’t realize this until I was checking food options on our way there in the middle of our 12 hour trip and we had booked this place as a stopping point for the night. I even called ahead of time to make sure they received my booking a month in advance and the lady did not mention this...

'We were downgraded from a 3 star to a 2 star next door hotel, Home gate inn. The reason was there was no non smoking rooms left. I had already reserved this months before arrival. The fire alarm went off early morning. Room was not clean enough, the beds were worn out. Breakfast was plain. '
