'They are not always clean staff doesn’t pick up dirty towels and they have sewage issues bath tub gets backed up from time to time with poo but they will give you another room but also means pack your things and move to another room area is somewhat safe '

'Everything was excellent, the room was clean, the food and staff at breakfast in the morning was lovely and the atmosphere in the hotel is so welcoming. There was on front desk person who wasn't particularly friendly and didn't even look at me when I was asking for some information. That hasn't been my experience in the past when I've stayed there.'

'Lets start with pros. Host was phenomenal, price was fairish. Location is in the center of Folsom and within walking distance of the park. Cast iron tub is cool. They allow large dogs with 75 dollar fee. Cute layout.Cons: Counted five roaches in the first five minutes. Later greeted by termites too.Front blinds are broken. 'Would not add my girlfriend to the reservation because I didn't book directly with them. When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming'

'The host was very nice and responsive. And she's not kidding about the train being close! If you have severe motion sickness, this might not be the best place for you. Otherwise, it was kind of fun to have the house rock a little when the train passes. Lol'
