« Lets start with pros. Host was phenomenal, price was fairish. Location is in the center of Folsom and within walking distance of the park. Cast iron tub is cool. They allow large dogs with 75 dollar fee. Cute layout.Cons: Counted five roaches in the first five minutes. Later greeted by termites too.Front blinds are broken. « Would not add my girlfriend to the reservation because I didn't book directly with them. When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming »

« The host was very nice and responsive. And she's not kidding about the train being close! If you have severe motion sickness, this might not be the best place for you. Otherwise, it was kind of fun to have the house rock a little when the train passes. Lol »

« HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! These are only a few of the issues: Room and entire floor smelled like a mix of urine and cigarette smoke which made my allergies even worse. Window shade would not roll up. Only had two working light bulbs in bathroom. The bathroom was filthy including floors, tub, shower head, hair dryer. The entire place just felt dirty. My husband stood up watching the very outdated TV—would not sit on couch and only got in the bed when he was about to fall asleep. Booked 2 nights...
