« Sol salle avec residu de nourriture Serviette sales (chveux dedans) on nous redonne nouveau set et encore plus sale (trace marron). Aucune excuse, aucune temtative de reparer ou proposer dedomagement »

« We loved the way they preserved some of the old aesthetics with the new. Such a beautiful hotel. The restaurant was wonderful. We had filets, potato puree as well as the bacon mac and cheese. We especially enjoyed talking with the gal working the front desk. She was so friendly and knew alot about the area. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She was working the evening of 7/8 and 7/9. We loved the breakfast presentation across the bar area. Such a cozy atmosphere. »

« Very clean rooms »

« The surrounding area was very dirty. Cigarettes everywhere, dust. Seems that they don't really clean and they have also construction items everywhere. The pool was disgusting, water was green. My room smelled pretty bad, like humidity and dirt. I had to buy a room refresher for it. Bed was comfortable and bedding sheets was cleaned. But I did find some small death cockroaches and spiders in the room. Front desk staff was ok. Breakfast was alright, not to bad for the place. I've being eating at...

« The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and they were very accommodating and understanding of us having to cancel our last night due to the weather back home. »

« Room was moist feeling, even after the a/c ran all night. the ADA bar in the shower was missing and poorly patched. Bathroom floor looked dingy. Bed was a spring mattress, I felt every movement from my husband. Lamp shades were cracked and dusty. Regarding breakfast, the juice machine was "out of order" and they only had two tables to sit at. They offered no protein, like sausage or eggs. We smelled cigarettes often. »

« Very outdated and the bed was not good to say the least, but the staff girls were stellar. »

« Very clean-- nice area to really relax. I just had to get a board to fit across right when you start up the ramp.cause a big hole. I had my special needs son with me so that wasn't safe for him. But everything was excellent. Oh need a handheld shower head. My son sitting on chair and it was very hard to wash him. He is 36. But loved the setup. »
