'We are used to staying in Marriott hotels because I have benefits but there wasn’t one any where close by so I chose this hotel based on price and reviews. When we pulled up, I was a bit anxious about what I would see inside and I must say…. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, beds comfy…. There was a bit of a smell which I couldn’t put my finger on but the area has a thing with stink bugs which the front desk has a warning about. Don’t worry… there were no bugs in the room just...

'Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast that came with the room. They even had a cat to visit with. '

'Although the room was spacious and clean, it was not comfortable. The airco did not work properly, so the room stayed too warm all night. AC also made a lit of noise. Having said that, the rest was as expected from a Days Inn: basic, but clean. Great shower and breakfast was ok.'

'We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. Breakfast was excellent, and included an impromptu lesson from Bill on (re)construction of the premises. Unfortunately Judie was under the weather, so we didn't get a chance to meet...
