« Booked our stay 5/12 for 9/26/25 check-in, received conf#, and verified the dates showed blocked out on VRBO calendar listing. We purposely rented 2 cabins from same owner for out of town nephew's wedding for 9 ppldogfood for 2 days.At check-in, discovered 1 of the cabins had been double-booked! Occupants stated they booked the prior week with owner's daughter, Rachel/their friend. Rachel took responsibility for the error/admitted fault/apologized, unsuccessfully tried to find another cabin, and...

« We had a wonderful family trip to Roseville/Chattanooga. The house is comfortable, convenient to Chattanooga and had everything we needed. Only minor issue was a missing hair dryer in one of the bathrooms. Otherwise, there were plenty of towels, kitchen items, etc. A great place to stay! »

« Location was clean, beautiful, and very peaceful. Enjoyed kayaking and enjoying the view. Only item to note is that the bed was very firm. »

« Cute and well stocked tiny house as described. We were disappointed that the cleanliness of the back deck, chairs and hot tub did not have the same care as the inside (other than the ceiling fans needing dusting). We had a bit of a challenge finding the right house but once we did we went right in. Maintenance showed up as scheduled to took at the master TV as well as reattaching the bottom holstered board on the couch. We did notice the commode seat was lose but that should be an easy fix....
