« Great property! Excellent for big groups. Everything is exactly as it's described. We found so many fun things to do in the area, but it was also hard to leave the house because we enjoyed the beach and relaxing there. We were there in the off season, so not really any waves on the beaches. But it made for amazing snorkeling and spearfishing. Beach in front of the property is clean, not very crowded, and sandy. You have to drive to Rincon for grocery stores, restaurants, etc, but it's only about...

« We absolutely loved our stay! Our group of 15 fit comfortably in the space, and everyone had an amazing time. The pool and views were simply breathtaking — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico. We were thrilled to be within walking distance to a gorgeous swimming beach, and just a quick 10-minute drive to all the excitement of downtown. This Vrbo was truly beautiful and made our trip to Puerto Rico even more special. Highly recommend! »

« This was the perfect size condo for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and the comfy beds. It had pots and pans, silverware, plates, and 2 tvs. This condo felt very homey. It had coffee shops and downtown Rincon 10 minutes away. Local beaches and restaurants are a qround by car. Smaller cars work better on the island as many roads and parking are narrow. The owner was very responsive. »

« Beautiful spacious well-equipped home with expansive outdoor space, large pool, and beautiful sunset/sea views. Comfortable beds. A/C in bedrooms only which was fine given the temperate weather and the fact that we 'lived' outdoors. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rincon. Only complaint was being woken up at 5 am by the very vocal king bird who nests in the tree outside the master bedroom window - small price to pay for the company of these and other beautiful...

The interior of the home was spacious and lots of decks and patios for everyone to find their favorite place to relax and enjoy the environment. The sunsets were gorgeous. One night we had supper out on the patio--in January! Our host was superb. We were able to visit many different venues from this central location. No matter the temperature - the breezes were so delicious. »

"Lots of mosquitoes, ants on the balcony (3rd floor), TV was blurry, no access to normal chanel or netflix, swimming pool is mostly for kids or drinkig in the pool,. Loud music from the Swimmingpool bar in the evening, and morning cleaning people make noise outside. "
