« Where do we start? We wanted something comfortable and peaceful for a short getaway and the Streamside Cottage was beyond our expectations! First off, it was very clean but also so cute and charming. Plenty of space for the two of us. Each morning, we had a peaceful breakfast on the deck and enjoyed the sounds of the creek. Kitchen provided everything we needed (loved that it had a toaster oven). Enjoyed some beautiful sights at Kaaterskill Falls hiking trail close by. Also, walked under a mile...

« Mountain View Escape was one of the best VRBO vacation homes we've stayed in. The cabin was very well appointed with everything you could need including snacks, plenty of linen, and laundry supplies. The location was perfect for us and the property was beautiful with views of the Gunks. Quiet locations and the owners are local and communication with then was easy. »

« We had a nice stay at this charming historic cottage while my daughter and her friend competed at the annual Millbrook Horse Trials over 4 days. The kitchen had everything needed plus they included some extras in the fridge such as filtered water, ice, coffee, etc. We loved to see the chickens running around too. We hope to return next year and book this same place once we have the dates! »

« Diana’s property was the perfect spot to reconnect with old friends. We enjoyed the art, food and music of Woodstock and a side trip to Bethel to check out the Woodstock Museum. Diana’s home was a comfortable place to retreat to after our days of exploring. We would love to make it an annual event. »

« We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder. »

« Through the neighborhood at the end of the quiet road tucked behind other houses is this lovely, tidy, efficiently laid out, well equipped home. The placement on the lot is perfect making it easy to forget you're only a few minutes from in-town Poughkepsie. This was also one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. Wish we'd found it when our son started college in Poughkeepsie rather than for graduation! »

« I had pleasure of staying at Alysia and Russel’s beautiful and luxurious converted space above the garage surrounded by nature. The space was immaculate and had everything I needed for my three day stay. I came for a weekend workshop at the very nearby Omega Institute. It was very peaceful surrounded by trees and great views and light filled the place. My favorite thing was the deck. The bed was also very comfortable. « 2 nights in a delightful cottage. It is small but delightfully appointed. The highlight was this clean, warm little cottage is perched directly on swft stream. We left the backdoor open at night! »

« The house is very comfortable and perfect for visiting with family and friends.We enjoyed the roomy kitchen space. The porch is great for relaxing and gazing at the tranquil lake. We appreciated the use of the canoe and the dock. »

« This cottage is perfect! Clean and comfortable, with every amenity covered, with such lovely touches as fresh flowers and farm-fresh eggs! The highlight was the view from the overlook -- breathtaking in the late spring and probably every season! Maureen is a perfect host -- precise directions and instructions, and a level of thoughtfulness that goes above and beyond. I look forward to staying there again! »

« Myself and my partner really enjoyed our 4-night stay in the smaller half of Brook Cottage. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, it is plenty spacious for two, nicely presented and very well furnished and equipped. There was nothing lacking. The cottage is set back from the road so was nice and quiet. We didn’t use the patio because of the chilly early April weather, but that too was a nice space. Located at the top end of town, it was only a short walk to shops and restaurants....

"L'hôtel et la chambre sont très bien. En revanche, j'avais sélectionné cet hôtel pour la borne de recharge qui est effectivement disponible. Mais nulle part il était indiqué que c'était payant et surtout à 20$US les 6 heures en charge lente... Quand on passe une nuit on est donc facturé 40$US pour une recharge électrique... Hors de prix... Clairement il aurait été plus rentable de réserver un hôtel sans borne et de recharger ailleurs sur une borne rapide... Il aurait été avisé de mentionner ce frais sur l'annonce..."
