'The staff is fantastic. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The only drawback I had was that my Jag was parked outside for three days of inclement weather. If you’ve got a great car, you might want to request the fee. Keep it in the parking garage for you. '

'We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, renovated, and modern. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use amenities at the neighboring attached property as well. The location was excellent and was walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and museums. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. '

I don't understand how they can charge guests for more parking spots than they even have available? We were able to park after a staff member assisted us, but it was along the wall in the parking garage and not a designated parking spot. '

Didn’t feel the staff, upon arrival, was very welcoming and was disappointed that they did not have phone charging cords to loan when my traveling companion forgot hers. I ordered a salad at the bar. It took 30 minutes to come, and included onions, which I asked them to hold and was served with balsamic dressing when I requested ranch. After waiting 30 minutes, I just accepted it as is.
