  • The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Rennes, this adorable 38m² apartment located in a quiet pedestrian street just behind Saint Pierre Cathedral. You are here in the heart of the city and all the centers of interest (restaurants, shops, outings, bars, etc.) but benefit from absolute calm. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an old building with the typical charm of Rennes half-timbered buildings (secured by digital code), the charming-loft can accommodate you alone or in pairs for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes .

    Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.

    The accommodation is composed as follows:
    - A bright living room with a sofa, a TV, a dining area.
    - An equipped kitchen: oven, hob, sink, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle...
    - A bedroom on the mezzanine and is accessible by a comfortable straight staircase. Equipped with a double bed (140x190)
    - A bathroom with shower and washing machine
    - separate WC

    The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.

    Transportation:
    If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Pour les conducteurs, ne pas oublier un petit billet pour le parking payant à proximité mais très rassurant (le parking est moins cher que l'amande ! ^^ ). L'accueil était parfait et la personne s'est rendue disponible malgré mon arrivée tardive. Je recommande chaudement ce logement pour un séjour boulot (comme moi) ou une escapade à deux sur Rennes !"

Charming Loft "Ce fut un très bon séjour de manière général, l’appartement est très beau neuf et surtout bien placé. L’arrivée fut agréable avec l’hôtesse. Le seul bémol de ce séjour fut l’absence d’eau chaude, problème de ballon ou autre impossible d’avoir la réponse en période d’hiver, c’est tout de même mieux une bonne douche chaude. Hormis ce problème, que je pense n’arrive pas souvent, nous sommes très content du logement."

Charming Loft Ottimo monolocale situato all'ultimo piano di una casa a graticcio nel centro storico della città esteticamente incantevole sia fuori che dentro. Ottima posizione centrale a 5 minuti da metro e autobus. L'Alloggio, fornito di tutto il necessario, è stato accogliente e confortevole per tutte le 17 notti che vi ho trascorso, purtroppo, l'unica nota negativa, è la pulizia generale dato che vi ho trovato un po' di polvere. L'agenzia Cocoonr è stata precisa e puntuale.

Charming Loft "Charmant loft médiéval pour échapper à la ville moderne 🙂 Le loft est parfaitement placé pour faire un tour dans la ville historique. Il y a tout à proximité, on visite tout à pied. Et vous pouvez même rester dans le loft, juste vous poser et profiter du cadre, avec l'architecture, les poutres apparentes, la structure datée mais la déco moderne et confort. Vous avez le nécessaire pour laver vos affaires (machine à laver, fer, table à repasser, savon), pour cuisiner (un four, machine à café, bouilloire), pour nettoyer (serpillère, balais, aspirateur), et vous divertir (télévision, chaine hifi, jeux). Et le lit sous les combles donne littéralement l'impression d'un cocon confortable. 🙁 Séjour top. Petites notes pour les ceux qui voyagent avec de larges bagages (avec / sans roues) : 1/ Le logement est situé dans le quartier médiéval donc attention aux rues pavées pour vos roues. 2/ Le loft est au dernier étage d'un bâtiment médiéval, donc attention aux marches en bois étroites."

Charming Loft "Location perfect, apartment pretty but stank 🙂 The apartment was very pretty and clean but the stench from the bathroom was overpowering. 🙁 The odour from the shower was dreadful. The rudeness of the owner on the morning of departure was deplorable. I have never been sent such angry messages and only requesting assistance to get my suitcase down a treacherous staircase. I did get help from a lovely young man who worked for the agency, and the agency was equally surprised at the abruptness of the messages ordering me to get out of the apartment on time from the owner. I had only asked for one hour more as might flight was in the evening. It was suggested by the young man on arrival that I could have departure slightly later when I arrived. He was wonderful and the agency were helpful, but the owner needs to learn to behave more appropriately in future. I travel a lot for work, and I think her behavior was out of order."

Charming Loft J'avais choisi ce logement car il était géré par un professionnel et je pensais ne pas être déçu. Il était en effet signalé dans les autres commentaires qu'il y avait des odeurs nauséabondes mais comme ils étaient anciens, je pensais que le problème avait été résolu. Il a fait extrêmement chaud à notre arrivée, ce qui je pense a majoré ce défaut. En ce qui concerne le matelas, je pense qu'il a connu de meilleurs jours, tout comme le canapé du salon. La table du salon est bancale. C'est joliment décoré mais les meubles ne sont à mon avis pas de qualité. Un autre gros point noir, signalé également dans les autres commentaires, c'est l'absence de parking proche et gratuit. Quand il n'y a qu'un sac, ça va, quand on est chargé, c'est un peu plus compliqué, surtout avec la chaleur. L'appartement se trouve au dernier étage, et la chambre sous les combles, ce qui en fait une étuve. Là encore, inconvénient majoré par les fortes chaleurs de la semaine. Un petit ventilateur encrassé est inutile.
