  • Deze prachtige 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers huis ligt op slechts enkele minuten van de stranden, restaurants, entertainment en winkelen in Fenwick Island en Ocean City Maryland! De eerste verdieping beschikt over een open plattegrond met een volledig uitgeruste keuken met een grote keukentafel, een familiekamer en een serre. Er is een terras met een terras en een terras ideaal voor koffie in de ochtend of avondmaaltijden buiten.

    Dit huis biedt ruime eerste verdieping wonen met de slaapkamer en 2 extra slaapkamers allemaal gelegen op de eerste verdieping. De grote slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een grote badkamer met ligbad en inloopdouche. De twee extra slaapkamers bieden queensize bedden en een gedeelde complete badkamer met een bad met douche. De wasruimte met een full-size wasmachine en droger en extra koelkast bevindt zich direct naast de keuken en garage. De tweede verdieping biedt een extra slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden.

My family and I had a wonder time during our vacation. We loved the short drive to the beach, dinners on the screened in porch, and having 3 bedrooms on the first floor. We booked kind of last minute and we were happy with the price.

Nice House. Well equipped. Located in a very nice neighborhood. Community pool was very nice and easy to access. Check in and out process was very easy and kept in great communication. The only downside is that the Ac Did not keep up with the house.

Beautiful property!

Such a wonderful house. We loved the back porch and the screened in porch. Directions were easy and 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of room.

Birthday getaway

This house was beautiful, clean and perfect for my birthday getaway. Centrally located to everything and the community was safe. The pictures do not give this house the credit it deserves. What a wonderful weekend we had visiting ocean city Maryland.

This is a well appointed property and very tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and house was very clean. The only complaint I have is at the air conditioning. Did not keep up on the super hot days. The neighborhood is very nice and great for walking and families.

Excellent

The pictures for the house don’t do it justice. There was so much room and very private. Just a quick 6 min ride to the beach and for the days you can’t make it to the beach the community pool is absolutely amazing. We will definitely be staying here again. The house was very well stocked and all little details were thought of and provided. Loved every second of our getaway. :)

Great House / Nice Location

The house was spacious, very clean, and well cared for. The location was an easy drive to the beach as well as to grocery stores. My daughter enjoyed riding the available bikes around the neighborhood. The upstairs bedroom was a bit stuffy even with the additional AC unit, but temps were in the mid 90s during our stay. We would recommend the property and would stay there again.

House was very clean and the 1st choice properties were very responsive. The only thing people should know is that the hot water needs time to reach the master bathroom. I recommend leaving something in the bathroom so people know. Otherwise the property was perfect.

Great family vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay the only hiccup we had was with the air conditioning unit not working. However we were able to cool off with potty units brought to us. The staff was friendly and helpful with this small issue. The house and location are perfect For a beach vacation

perfect working vacation spot

The property was pretty, well kept, with lovely little screened porch and nice lighting. The master is beautiful. The upstairs room with twin beds is toasty and has a floor AC unit that is not pulling it's weight! The pool and small gym are nice. You can walk/run in this neighborhood and it's quite nice. It's a pain to pick up the key from an office 15 min away. Would've been nice to have a door code instead. The beach is 10 min away. Staying there you won't mind the lack of beach view because the place really is so nice and no traffic from coastal highway to disturb the peace. Overall a great stay - I would absolutely do it again.

Overall excellent

Our experience here was great and would definitely stay again. Pros: Community pool, lots of beach equipment, stocked kitchen items, rear deck and rear screened deck, washer, dryer and dishwasher, close drive to activities, restaurants, groceries and beach, 4 bedrooms, books and games , quiet neighborhood. Cons: Check in and check out was 25 minutes away, lots of furniture made it feel cramped.

Great Location for a Quiet Vacation

We found the location of this home to be a quiet vacation home close to everything we wanted to do. Whether it was going to the beach or boardwalk in Bethany or playing golf and shopping g in OCMD, we could be there in 15 minutes or less. Lots of local restaurants and places to get good food as well.

Peaceful Memorial Day Trip to Ocean City

Firstly, 1st Choice Management Company was so great with our late check-in request. The pictures of the property are understated compared to in-person. The decor and location made this an amazing family trip. The screened in porch allowed us to enjoy the wonderful breezes in the evenings. The grill was in great shape. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you can think of. The location is close to Ocean City without the congestion and not far from the grocery store or restaurants in the Selbyville, DE area. Definitely highly recommended as a great place to stay!

We enjoyed the time we had here! Nice quiet neighborhood with a nice pool! Close enough to ocean city for the kids! The bikes were nice to have and all of the neighbors were very friendly!

Outstanding comfy stay

This house was at a perfect location. Quiet and away from all the craziness but close enough to drive into town multiple times per day without it being too much driving. The house was adorable, comfortable, and had so many little extras that we thoroughly enjoyed. This property thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the fantastic memories!

Enjoyable!

The place was super clean and very well stocked with dishes, paper goods, kitchen appliances, etc. There was ample room for us 8! The neighborhood was beautiful and even though houses were close, it felt very private. Loved the close proximity to the beach. Sure would do it again!

Picture perfect community

Everyone associated with the property were professional and courteous. The house is even better than how it looks in the pictures. Pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and bicycles in the garage. House was very well kept and clean. This was a comfortable and relaxing stay. Close to beaches, restaurants and activities. Already recommended to other family members. Would definitely stay again and also use 1ST choice properties for other rentals. Thank you
