« This is a new property so it's very clean still. However the young lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. « On the first night, my pillow smelled like cigarettes. This really bothered me because I always book non-smoking rooms. The next day, as I was heading to the front desk, I noticed that housekeeping was already cleaning the room. The smell disappeared. The hotel was good for the price. They cleaned the room every day. Free laundry. The breakfast wasn't good. »

« The hotel was very conveniently located just off I75 (but blissfully shielded from traffic noise by the tree line). A cheap and cheerful option, the room was well appointed, everything worked fine, the bed was comfy, the water pressure was great in the shower, and the room was spotlessly clean. All in all a wonderful stop over on a long road trip. Would highly recommend. »

« Omg…in suite 101 the exterior door starts slamming at 5 am, until 10 am. The dumpster comes for an hour shortly thereafter…no sleep for either of us. It was the worst hotel experience of my 65 years on this earth. Oh and breakfast was aweful. »

« Un séjour vraiment agréable ! L’hôtel coche toutes les cases : personnel aux petits soins, emplacement parfait, et une atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir. Seul petit nuage dans ce ciel bleu : le parking, annoncé gratuit, s’est finalement révélé payant (40$ pour 7 jours). Rien de dramatique, mais un petit détail qui mériterait d’être clarifié à la réservation. Mis à part ça, c’était top ! »
