« I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience! »

« Not very clean. The restroom had lots of hairs around the bathtub and behind the door. The sheets were stained. The air conditioner worked great and parking was good. There was random chairs and furniture out in the halls so people sat around at all hours of the day and you could hear them. Breakfast was very basic and pool was closed. The receptionist was friendly. For what we paid, it was a good place to just sleep. »

« I chose this hotel through Expedia because it appeared to be a clean, affordable place for my family to stay while traveling to my husband’s grandfather’s funeral. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. After driving 10 hours, we arrived to a room that was filthy.
