'Loved everything about this place, from the beach reads left in our room, to the warm staff (go Neal!) to the best turkey club I've ever had in my life. The location can't be beat, onsite spa was lovely, and overall, just truly a stunning stay. 11 out of 10 would recommend.'

'Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.'

'Hotel was very very clean. The staff at front desk was okay. New guy was training. Had to keep asking for help. Took a while. Room was very clean. Smelled very good. Bed was okay. Valet is not 24 hours. And the “ parking “ for 10 dollars is probably a 10-15 min walk away. So good luck finding parking on the street. Decent spot. Not sure it was worth 350 a night but it was clean and no major issues. '
