'The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!'

'This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!'

'Beautiful hotel, strategically located right on the inner harbor - so it’s a great place within 2 mins of the boardwalk. The cost per room is not exactly what I would call good value. Staff are helpful and a little standoffish, but maybe that’s how things are done in Baltimore.'

We waited in the lobby until until 4pm and got our key but the cleaning staff was still cleaning the room so we sat in the lobby for another 40 minutes waiting for it to be finished.
