Maslina House? A perfect stay!
What a great house to stay in with a group. Spacious, modern, good swimming pool and a perfect view on Kotor Bay. Good communications and service but from the landlord as well as the caretaker. Definitely a place to rent! You won’t be disappointed!

Great location, view and accommodation to enjoy Montenegro vacation
Very nice home with a view in a great location to enjoy a vacation near Kotar, Tivet, and Budva. Communication with host was easy and all our questions were answered. Home was very comfortable for our group of 8 and had everything we needed.

Ruhe und Erholung
Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit einer komplett eingerichteten Küche (Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierkombination und allen dazu benötigten Utensilien. Es gibt eine große überdachte Terrasse, mit sehe tollem Blick auf den Fjord, Tivat & Kotor, einen Essbereich im Inneren, mit dem gleichen Blick, 5 Schlafzimmer, auf 3 Etagen und einen beheizten Pool. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung oberhalb von Radionovice. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan und die Gegend lädt zum Abendspaziergang ein. Der Zugang ist per Schlüssel Box. Wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten wurden diese sofort beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebe Amelie, Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit. hatten

Wonderful memories made.
The villa was clean, well equipped and spacious. The views from the open plan living area over Kotor Bay way amazing. The host was also very helpful, easy to contact and accommodating. Definitely hire a car to get around and explore. Kotor old town and beaches in nearby Budva were also fantastic. Overall a wonderful and very memorable family holiday, we would highly recommend it!

Wonderful place with the most incredible view!
The house is stunning and is set in a fantastic location, easy to get to the main road but set up on the hill side with amazing views over the bay of Kotor. Inside the property is beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - we were a party of four adults and four teenagers and had lots of space to spread out in. We loved the pool, the outdoor dining area and the huge window to enjoy that stunning view! Overall a perfect place to stay for a holiday exploring beautiful Montenegro!

Great stay close to Kotor, Tivat and the beautiful Montenegro coastline
We loved our stay in JF & Amelie's place - it was exactly as described, recently modernised and in great condition, with fabulous pool and view of Kotor bay. The comfortable and air-conditioned villa was a lovely sanctuary to return to after hot days, and its location up the hillside away from the busier areas was perfect. July was very busy on the roads but we still found accessible routes nearby to all of the highlights, Kotor, Tivat, Perast, Mount Lovcen and even Lake Skadar which is well worth the drive. Communication with Amelie both before and during our stay was prompt and very helpful - many thanks!

We had a wonderful holiday in the house which we were very satisfied with. Fantastic location with beautiful pool. We can highly recommend taking one of the 3 hour boat trips in Kotor Bay. Thank you for a fantastic holiday... :-)

Exceptional experience
The property is located very well indeed to enjoy the area around Kotor Bay, the Adriatic coast/ Lustica peninsula and also the mountains accessed via the incredible Serpentine. The view is sublime and the property benefits from sun through the whole day. Montenegro exceeded all of our expectations - friendly people, great seafood and unbelievable landscapes and towns to explore. Two things to consider - there may not be reliable city water supply but the owner and manager very efficiently responded and arranged for a secondary tank to be filled. The country is developing and there is building/ quarry noise locally, which can be intrusive at times, but seems to be ubiquitous and hard to escape from! However, we would definitely recommend this property and would be delighted to return. Highlights: boat trip on Skadar Lake, Buljarica beach and seafood restaurant Galija (very good indeed: lobster, octopus salad, squid, fresh daily fish), road trip up Serpentine to Lovcen Mountain and Mausoleum, great views and different perspective on country, Perast out of season, restaurant on way to Perast: Stari Mlini for a special experience in a great location.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man für den perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Ausgezeichnet ist die Ausstattung zum Leben und Ferien machen, denn durch die notwendigen Ausstattungen wie bspw. Gewürze, Küchenutensilien aber auch Utensilien für einen perfekten Pooltag fühlt es sich an, als würde man ihr Haus benutzen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und konnten uns bei Fragen immer an den Gastgeber oder die lokale Vertreterin melden. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Woche.

Der Ausblick ist kein Fake
Nach drei Jahren haben wir es geschafft. Leider mussten wir die Reise wegen Corona dreimal verschieben. Die Vermieter sind uns da sehr entgegengekommen, sodass wir den Reisetermin zweimal verschieben konnten. An dem Tag wo wir an dem Haus angereist waren, war gerade der Sonnenuntergang wie in den Objektbildern zusehen. Einfach Traumhaft! Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sauber gewesen. Der Pool war erfrischend und mit salzigem Wasser. Das Objekt kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

This property is beautiful - kids loved the pool and the views across the bay / mountains are stunning both during the day and at night. Location is perfect for the airport and travelling around by car - loved it - would def go back and stay there.

Excellent house with amazing view
It’s a beautiful and lovely renovated house. Everything was in perfect order and new. We also enjoyed the outside kitchen with stone barbecue grill. Amazing view to Tivat area and the bay of Kotor. Both Tivat and Kotor are pretty close, within approx 15 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks!

Das Haus hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Es ist großzügig geschnitten und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig und toll voneinander getrennt mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr großzügig. Es gibt Spielsachen für drinnen, draußen und den Pool und sogar ein Trampolin. Der Pool ist super! Sauber (es kommt zwischendurch sogar der Poolboy), tolle Temperatur, und er ist eingezäunt was mit kleinen Kind sehr von Vorteil ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 50 m vom Haus gibt es ein kleines Lädchen, tolle Strände sowohl Samd als auch Kies erreicht man in 7 min mit dem Auto. Wir würden es wieder buchen!!!

Beautiful house with amazing view
This is a wonderful house with all modern equipment and very beautiful Scandinavian style decoration. House is very clean and spacious. We were 9 persons (5 adults, 4 children) staying at the house for one week, and there were plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the outside terrace and the amazing sunsets every night. Children loved the pool (and that is was heated during our stay in October). The owner has a list of favourite beaches, and we definitely can recommend Plavi Horisonti Plaza (fine sand beach). The house is located very centrally, so it is easy to visit different parts of Southern Montenegro. We visited Budva region, Sveti Stefan, Kotor and its surroundings, Lovcen National Park, Porto Montenegro and Tivat. All can be recommended. October is perfect time to visit Montenegro, because the weather is still very summerly (at least for us who come from Northern Europe) and there are not many tourists any more. We really loved our stay and will return to Montenegro one day, and this house will be at the top of the list when we book the accommodation.

A little piece of paradise
Our family spent a hectic five days travelling in Northern Montenegro. A wonderful experience but we arrived exhausted and in need of a rest. We were warmly welcomed by Snezana who was really friendly and super helpful. She showed us around. The house was perfect, it has everything you could possibly want, it’s a real home from home.The decor is wonderful, beds are very comfortable, the layout is lovely. Views were spectacular. The pool is lovely and fresh because of its filtering system. The location is great, it is very a great base to tour the beautiful coast. The village is lovely and quiet so you feel like you are getting away from the crowds. The village shop is really close and very useful if you run out of anything. We loved our time here and will definitely return. We highly recommend this beautiful home as a base for holidaying in the lovely south west of Montenegro. Amelia our host was also wonderful all questions answered quickly and she made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Thank you for making our holiday inyour house so special.

Maison toute neuve, refaite avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. Respect des matériaux du pays, pierre apparente. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Très bien insonorisé. Grande piscine privative, sans vis à vis, sécurisée. Des vacances incroyables. On recommande !

Excellent house with an astonishing view
The house is very nice, very clean, with really best equipment. The rooms are pretty, the kitchen is spacious and new. Every room has its own AC which can be important on hot days. We enjoyed a big terrace with BBQ and an astonishing view to Boka Kotorska. Montenegro is also interesting to explore. The pool is big enough, but we also went to different beaches. The owners informed us detailed about everything. They don't live in Montenego so we stayed in contact also with very nice lady who provided everything that was needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come again.

A house in paradise.
We are currently travelling through the Balkans from Croatia to Bosnia and Montenegro in a group of 4 adults and 4 children and our stop at Amelie and Jeff 's beautiful villa was so far the best we had on our trip. The stone house entirely renovated had enough space for all of us and everything we needed in order to spend an amazing time near the Kotor Bay. Ideally located, the property is only 15mn drive from Kotor or Tivat and 20 mn from Budva. We would visit during the day and come back for a barbecue enjoying our meals overlooking the sunset on the Bay of Kotor: absolutely magical. Kids spent hours in the pool or in the garden whilst adults were chatting on the terrace above. The house was very clean and the lady who greeted us was kind and helpful. We truly recommend this house to any family who would like to discover this area of Montenegro. Our only regret: not being able to stay longer. We'll be back for sure.
