'Host provides clear instructions, the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Some other reviews mentioned issues with the hot water, for us we just needed to let the shower run for a couple minutes before it got hot but after that it seemed fine. We didn't spend much time at the apartment other than to sleep and shower, and can't comment on what is provided as far as the kitchen goes.Generally windows are just screens with louvered covers in Puerto Rico, so even with everything closed...

They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. 'My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip.
