But some of them are more eager to work then others (some of them are greeting you in the lobby or opening the door for you, others ignore you or are calling privately). 'Het Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa was het meest dure hotel tijdens onze reis door Azie. En ook verreweg het slechtste. De accommodatie was waarschijnlijk modern in de jaren tachtig. De sfeervolle foto's op de site zijn in werkelijkheid niet terug te vinden. De service beneden peil. Het zwembad heeft zelfs 4 (!) ligstoelen en de planken in het pad komen omhoog. Het enige hotel waar ik ooit geweest ben waar je een gedragscode moet ondertekenen. Typerend voor de klant gerichtheid. Er is 1 bagage...
