'Great place! Great location! Serene…'

The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful, especially during check-in. The room was clean and well maintained, although the interior and facilities felt a little dated. Unfortunately, there was no complimentary bottled water or hair conditioner provided in the room. 'false advertising on the Expedia site. Photos of the hotel clearly show a splash park and other various amenities although they are not at the actual hotel they are in the neighbouring resorts world and you have to pay to get in.'

'They are still renovating so the lobby looks amazing. But the room was very old and outdated. Staff was friendly. But some of them are more eager to work then others (some of them are greeting you in the lobby or opening the door for you, others ignore you or are calling privately). Compliments for the young men who cleans the room. I think he is a very proactive and kind, How he leaves the room. Close by metro, hotspots and food places. Only real down point is only sun at the pool between 12...

'The hotel conveniently located close to Beach station and it's only a short walk away from all the main attractions on Sentosa island. There's a nice huge pool in the hotel. The check in area is very small on the other hand and I can imagine there will be a long waiting line at some times of the day. The breakfast area is very crowded and so are the elevators. I would stay here again if I had the chance.'
