Residences à Pulau Ayer

« Franchement, top.

Service bien. Petit déjeuner suffisant et beaucoup de choix. La chambre comfort simple mais suffisant ! Je recommande pour son rapport qualite/priX. »

« Room is clean and spacious.Staff (all of them from The driverShuttle ,security, reception, dining /restaurant ,cleaning crew are all approachable and helpful. Thankful that I’ve chosen Citadine airport connect for my safe and comfortable stay in Jakarta.Highly recommended »

« I stayed at this hotel with my partner for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. First of all, despite my Gold status and VIP access from HOTELS.com, the hotel refused any upgrade, claiming that only ACCOR chain “corporate” members are entitled to this privilege, even though suites were available. I sent several messages to HOTELS.com and to the hotel chain, as my Gold status clearly grants me an upgrade when a room is available. This policy had been confirmed...

« First of all why would you have another hotel called exactly NOVOTEL TANGERANG (bsd) ? Me and so many other from the convention got confused when booking. And of course no possibility to change hotel even tho both are NOVOTEL Second, while confirming with staff it’s possible to put all expenses in one invoice the day i checked in, it wasn’t possible while checking out.. Old hotel without enough socket in the room for charging (only 1!!) Do not recommend »
