Then wander down to the onsite restaurant for a delicious bite to eat or a delightful drink from the poolside wait staff.
Enjoy a workout at the onsite fitness center followed by a massage at the spa.

At night, you’ll enjoy watching the cruise ships pull out of port, as the sunsets over the ocean, then the twinkling lights of downtown Puerto Vallarta and the almost nightly fireworks.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and boasts beach & ocean and pool views with floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the front balcony. It has its own ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the wide balcony that it shares with the 3rd bedroom. From the balcony you have views of the new La Isla Mall and the city, to the mountains beyond. It has a spacious walk-in closet and double sinks its own ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 twin/single size beds, which can easily be converted to a king bed, with floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto the large balcony it shares with the second bedroom. It has an ensuite bathroom which has a second door opening from the hallway for guests to use as a powder room.

The unit has a key code lock instead of an actual key, to open front door making it easier to come and go from the pool, the beach, etc. without carrying a key.

The complex has a lovely open air lobby with a waterfall and lush grounds with immaculate landscaping. In addition to the multiple infinity pools and the bar and onsite restaurant, the complex has tennis courts and an air conditioned game room with pool table, card table & flat screen TV. There is an air conditioned fitness center and a spa that offers massages, facials and similar services also available for your use. It also has a 12 person theater room that can be reserved. All these are in our tower, Tower 1. Taxis and Ubers are readily available at the front of the building. The building has onsite 24/7 security and guarded gate entry. Underground parking is available. There is a guarded access gate to the beach where you have access to provided palapas and chairs roped off from the public.

What is in the area?
Grand Venetian is only a 10 minute drive from downtown and the famous Malecon with many choices of restaurants from casual beachfront choices to 5 star restaurants on the hills with amazing views of the city and sea. Puerto Vallarta is famous for its charming cobblestone streets and weekly Art Walk of all the downtown Art galleries. There is a lively restaurant scene and tons of nightlife choices from nightclubs to jazz and salsa.

The Grand Venetian neighbors the La Isla outdoor shopping plaza that includes restaurants, a deluxe movie theater and many retail stores. The Peninsula Plaza neighbors our three towers to our right and has several banks for ATM access and money exchange as well as restaurants and pubs.

Within a 5 minute taxi ride or short walk are several grocery stores, a Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, Costco, the Galleria (high end mall) and casino. The marina area is a 5 minute drive where you will find a marina malecon with restaurants, shops, bars, nail salons, etc.

Puerto Vallarta is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico in the Bay of Banderas and at the foot of the Sierra Madre mountains. The temperature is always tropical and the water is always warm. There are lots of activities to choose from - snorkeling, whale watching, golf, fishing, zip-lining and riding ATVs. You can drive up the coast to lovely towns like Bucerias, Punta Mita and Sayulita (famous for surfing).
